Heavy dutyHydraulic valve guide press designed to remove used valve guides from the cylinder head, assemble or disassemble valve springs, or insert new valve seats.
The press has a sliding head fitted with two hydraulic jacks. The lower jack locates against the bottom of the cylinder head and the upper jack pushes downards at a defined effort matching with the job to do.
The table can slide back and forth and is fitted with a tilting cradle, in order to vertically position the guide.
The machine is supplied with:
– 22 dismounting guide pilots for Ø4 mm to Ø12 mm guides (inside diameter)
– 7 seat drivers for Ø20 mm à Ø90 mm seats
– 3 unmounting springs tools Ø24, Ø30 et Ø38 mm
– 2 clamping rods
